An original acrylic and mixed media painting on canvas.

The painting measures 30” x 30” in a 2” deep birch floater frame.

My mixed media paintings incorporate paint, ink, and graphite. Color plays a large role, as well as depth and composition. I strive for a layered, weathered look, evoking an aged wall that compliments the imagery. They incorporate overlapping layers of opaque and translucent paint to create a rich surface of visual texture.
