My mixed media paintings incorporate paint, ink, and graphite. Color plays a large role, as well as depth and composition. I strive for a layered, weathered look, evoking an aged structure that compliments the imagery. They incorporate overlapping layers of opaque and translucent paint to create a rich surface of visual texture.
